My continued training and self development are very important to me and integral to my work as a therapist. I keep up to date by regularly attending workshops, training courses and by attending regular supervision, as well as by reading and maintaining regular contact with valued peers and peer groups.

I am currently participating in a year long Diploma Training - Integrating IFS into Supervision and Consultation.

I have assisted and have been a lead assistant several times on Sensorimotor Psychotherapy trainings.

I was previously a Trustee of 'tag' - Trauma and Abuse Group (www.tag-uk.net) - tag worked in collaboration with ESTD-UK and FPP.  We closed tag as a charity in 2019 though our work to educate and promote awareness of trauma, attachment, D.I.D. and dissociation very much continues.

I am a Member of the European Society for Trauma and Dissociation (www.estd.org)


I am a Member of First Person Plural (www.firstpersonplural.org.uk)


I abide by the BACP code of ethics and attend regular supervision and peer group supervision.  I am on the BACP register for counsellors and psychotherapist, which is a register approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
