My continued training and self development are very important to me and integral to my work as a therapist. I keep up to date by regularly attending workshops, training courses and by attending regular supervision, as well as by reading and maintaining regular contact with valued peers.

I was previously a Trustee of 'tag' - Trauma and Abuse Group (www.tag-uk.net) - tag worked in collaboration with ESTD-UK and FPP.  We closed tag as a charity in 2019 though our work to educate and promote awareness of trauma, attachment, D.I.D. and dissociation very much continues.
