My continued training and self development are very important to me and integral to my work as a therapist. I keep up to date by regularly attending workshops, training courses and by attending regular supervision and consultations, as well as by reading and maintaining regular contact with valued peers and peer groups.

I was previously a Trustee of 'tag' - Trauma and Abuse Group (www.tag-uk.net) - tag worked in collaboration with ESTD-UK and FPP.  We closed tag as a charity in 2019 though our work to educate and promote awareness of trauma, attachment, D.I.D. and dissociation very much continues.

I abide by the BACP code of ethics and attend regular supervision and peer group supervision.  I am on the BACP register for counsellors and psychotherapist, which is a register approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
