I am someone on a lifelong learning journey and I love to deepen and expand my understandings both professionally and personally. I have completed Gabor Mate’s year long professional training, a graduate level trauma – informed psychotherapeutic approach called Compassionate Inquiry (CI). Having benefited so much myself in this intensive training I now volunteer to support participants in the current training programme.
